How do I temporarily disable antivirus and antispyware?
need to install windows internet 7 and it says to temporarily disable antivirus and antispyware scanners to avoid installation problems. How do I do that?
click start>run>type in services.msc then click ok. Then go through the list and click on any antivirus and antispyware that is running and click stop.
